STEP 1: Go to your instance, name.allsync.com

STEP 2: Open the main menu and navigate to "Settings"

STEP 3: Open the Security page

STEP 3: Scroll down to "Devices & sessions"

  1. The device name where you will use the password
  2. Create the new password
  3. Remove the created password
  4. Remove all files from the device

STEP 4: Copy the new created password

  1. Your account username
  2. The new created password
  3. Use this QR code to login automatically in the IOS and Android app. 
  • 3.1 Open the IOS or Android app, 
  • 3.2 Touch the QR/SCAN logo located in the login screen 
  • 3.3 Scan the QR code.
